Annabelle is situated in the exclusive neighbourhood of Kalorama steeped in history and the location of many of Washington’s notable embassies. The menu features modern American cuisine by the former White House chef Frank Ruta.

The restaurant features the intimate Garden Room and art filled Gallery Room; with baby Grand Piano. There is also the art deco-inspired Bar Barlow, named after the lauded poet Joel Barlow, who dubbed the area ‘Kalorama’ for its beautiful view.
